Japanese Language Course Level 1 to 6
In Level 1 class, students between 5 and 7 years old learn reading/writing hiragana, basic vocabulary and greetings. Japanese language classes are designed for students from non-Japanese speaking households. As they progress in establishing 4 core elements of reading, writing, speaking, and listening, they will be introduced to katakana, kanji, advanced composition and conversation. Level 6 course uses a college level textbook. Students in this level will be able to hold everyday conversation and have intermediate level reading and writing skills.
